L'Eau Rêvée d'Aria by Sisley is a unisex fragrance, addressed just as much to men as to women. It releases a spicy and fruity breath, built essentially around osmanthus. A complex raw material in perfumery, it reveals a scent close to that of peach, at times voluptuous but also more leathery. Its suave character is further amplified here by the addition of vanilla and benzoin. A few fruits lend it more liveliness and energy. Such is the case of bergamot, mandarin and blackcurrant. This sparkling facet is also reinforced by the presence of two spicy ingredients: peppery ginger and nutmeg. Finally, L'Eau Rêvée d'Aria by Sisley closes with a more lasting woody base of patchouli. Overall, L'Eau Rêvée d'Aria by Sisley projects a very joyful and lively breath. It evokes whimsy and the urge to seize life with both hands!

Aesthetically speaking, L'Eau Rêvée d'Aria by Sisley comes in a bottle shared by the entire Eaux Rêvées collection. It was designed by the Polish sculptor Bronislaw Krzysztof. Its glass body, resembling a slender cylinder, is meant to be entirely minimalist. It is simply decorated with a white label. Its cap, on the other hand, is more sculptural. It resembles a swirl of ice, rough and asymmetrical. A small orange fabric cord is also attached to its neck. This joyful evocation is further amplified at the sight of its cardboard box. It is covered with a multitude of colorful leaves, painted by Elzbieta Radziwill.
Who is Aria?
On seeing this very lighthearted fragrance, one question nonetheless remains: who is the famous Aria? Indeed, all of Sisley's Eaux Rêvées bear a name that evokes a memory, a dear person or an anecdote linked to the d’Ornano family. Yet their family tree includes no Aria... It is in fact a blend of Maria, daughter of Isabelle and Hubert d’Ornano, and Daria, their niece. L'Eau Rêvée d'Aria is a joyful fragrance, embodying all the positive values of the family. Because the d’Ornanos have always been very close-knit, L'Eau Rêvée d'Aria seems full of their optimism at the idea of reuniting.
