Premier Figuier

Premier Figuier appeared in 1994 and gave the fig the leading part in alcoholic perfumery. Olivia Giacobetti put the whole tree into it: the crushed leaf, the milky sap, the ripe fruit, the wood. Two years before the Philosykos she would sign for Diptyque, the creation opened a category niche perfumery has never left.

The heptagon of the range, described with a pale gold zamak cap and a green label before the black overhaul of 2016.

Osmoz describes a bottle with seven sides, closed by a zamak cap in a pale gold, and with a green label. That description predates 2016: Thomas Dunckley reports that the overhaul of that year dressed the whole range in black, without touching the heptagon.

Two sizes are sold, fifty and one hundred millilitres. The house also offers a fifteen millilitre format, sold separately. Premier Figuier Extrême, released in 2004, has its own bottle and is not to be confused with this one.
