Bloom Ambrosia d’Oro is the eau de parfum Gucci added to its Bloom line in 2026, signed by Alberto Morillas. The house describes it as floral and musky: a Golden Queen accord with apricot nuances joins the tuberose and sambac jasmine of the Bloom white bouquet, over a base of patchouli, sandalwood and cypriol, all in a lacquered ivory bottle.
Eddie Bulliqi sees it as perhaps the best of the Blooms: a milky, musky white floral, cold and powdery like snow, which he likens to lily of the valley and finds stunning.
What critics say
A white flower like snow
Eddie Bulliqi, a Fragrantica columnist, considers Bloom Ambrosia d’Oro the most successful of the Blooms to date. He recognizes the hand of Alberto Morillas, close to the style of Mizensir, his own house: classic structures with few elements and easily identified natural references.
He describes a milky, musky white floral, chilly, powdery and fragile, which he compares to snow. Beyond the announced flowers, he mostly smells a hazy lily of the valley, heightened by coconut, banana and soured milk, and judges the whole superb.
