Grand Soir is Maison Francis Kurkdjian’s amber, composed in 2016 by Francis Kurkdjian around the image of a Parisian night with its illuminated bridges. The house brings together the warm vanilla of Siam benzoin and Brazilian tonka bean, jostled by the dark depth of Spanish cistus labdanum, and classes it among ambery woody fragrances.
Maison Francis Kurkdjian builds Grand Soir on few materials: Spanish cistus labdanum at the top, Siam benzoin at the heart of the composition, a vanilla accord and an amber accord in the base. The house pairs Brazilian tonka bean with the vanilla of the benzoin.
