To create this fragrance, Issey Miyake entrusted perfumer Nathalie Lorson, who chose to draw inspiration from the previous Fusion d'Issey, while adding a spicier touch. Fusion d'Issey Extrême opens with a very fresh association of bergamot and cardamom. Spicy and cold, this fragrance then gives way to a heart of peppermint. At this point, it also becomes more mineral and sun-kissed, enriched with coconut and lavender. Little by little, virility gains ground and the earth seems warmer. Fusion d'Issey Extrême by Issey Miyake concludes with a creamy and dry alliance of sandalwood and patchouli.
