The Guerlains have always been fascinated by travel, as evidenced by one of their greatest creations: the emblematic Shalimar, a fragrance with Indian inspiration. As if to pay tribute to this passion passed down decade after decade, Guerlain chose to create the Collection Absolu d'Orient. Today, this collection is enriched with a new fragrance named Encens Mythique.

Encens Mythique, an enigmatic and intense juice

Encens Mythique comes in a bottle faithful to the entire Collection Absolu d'Orient by Guerlain. It is presented in a luxurious cylindrical container, entirely lacquered in black. In fact, its shape is directly inspired by that of Guerlain's iconic bee bottle. Its neck is tied with a ribbon that further heightens the precious character of the elixir it holds. Encens Mythique by Guerlain is adorned with a label featuring golden arabesques. Infinitely baroque, it draws its design from the Poudre C'est Moi created by Guerlain in the late 1920s.

In terms of scent, Encens Mythique is an infinitely powerful juice. As its name suggests, incense occupies a central place in its composition. This oriental creation by Thierry Wasser burns with desire and unfolds with untamable fervor. Its incense is here blended with a more elegant and subtle rose. Ambergris, for its part, brings exceptional softness and depth to the whole. This raw material, among the most luxurious in perfumery, gives this juice its full intensity.
