The house sums up the fragrance in three stages: sparkling notes of raspberry, the creaminess of a Turkish rose, and a musky, sensual base. It sees it as a fragrance of contrasts, at once sparkling and feminine, in the image of a spontaneous city woman.

Top, heart, and base

Presented to the press in New York in May 2016, the fragrance announced raspberry leaves, pink pepper, and pear in the top; in the heart, a Turkish rose accord; in the base, a musk and suede accord lifted by sandalwood.

Wikiparfum, which classes it among the florals, adds gardenia and cyclamen. The notes are arranged here as follows: raspberry, pink pepper, and pear in the top; rose, gardenia, and cyclamen in the heart; suede, musk, and sandalwood in the base.

The house’s current presentation speaks of raspberries, the 2016 press release of raspberry leaves, with a greener facet. Some lists add cashmeran, a synthetic musky wood, which neither the house nor Wikiparfum mentions.

The rose and the suede

The Turkish rose forms the center of the fragrance. The 2016 presentation links the musk and suede base to the leather accessories that made Coach famous: the material of the house’s bags passes into the fragrance.

What the label declares

The ingredient list published in France opens with denatured alcohol, under its American designation SD Alcohol 39-C, fragrance, and water. Next come a UV filter, avobenzone, and BHT, an antioxidant, which protect the tinted liquid from light and oxidation.

Two colorants, red CI 14700 and yellow CI 19140, give the liquid the peach tint described in the first presentations of the fragrance. Benzyl salicylate, alpha-isomethyl ionone, citronellol, geraniol, and linalool accompany the rose and the gardenia.

Hydroxycitronellal, with its lily-of-the-valley scent, hexyl cinnamal, limonene, citral, eugenol, and benzyl alcohol complete the declaration. The list does not include lilial, banned in the European Union since March 2022, which an older American list declared.
