In reality, this fragrance came about following Burberry's creation of the Burberry Acoustic musical platforms designed to uncover young talent. Brit Rhythm pour Femme is a concentrate of all the talented energy of the youth discovered during these unprecedented shows. Its irreverence makes it no less spellbinding. The Brit Rhythm woman thus appears as a seductive, rock and passionate being. Burberry likes to say that its essence embodies the freshness of a young English woman of today. She electrifies those around her with a mere glance or an enchanting smile. What is more, she embellishes them with a melody of her own composition, which only heightens her charisma.

The twisted scent of Brit Rhythm pour Femme

Brit Rhythm pour Femme is a juice created by a duo of perfumers, namely Antoine Maisondieu and Nathalie Gracia-Cetto. Both chose to offer a fragrance built on contrasts. Brit Rhythm pour Femme pairs, in this case, classic notes with unexpected accords. It opens with a typically English scent of lavender. This plant delivers its aromatic charm here. What is more, its irreverence is further heightened by the sustained presence of pink pepper. Neroli, on the other hand, softens the whole and is accompanied by the sun-kissed radiance of orange blossom. Then, one of perfumery's noblest ingredients makes its appearance: iris absolute. It pairs its powdery facet with a more green and fruity accord of blackberry leaves. The whole then continues in a genuine surge of sensuality emanating from the woody scent of vetiver as well as the animalic quality of musk. Lastly, on the bottle side, Brit Rhythm pour Femme is both chic and modern. Its studded facets give it a rock and roll look. Nevertheless, they are juxtaposed with smooth glass. In this sense, Brit Rhythm pour Femme once again reveals its contradictory character. It then lets us glimpse the softness of its soft pink juice. The brand-new fragrance from the house of Burberry is aromatic, fresh, with English lavender playing a key role in the composition of this brand-new edition. Also found are orange-toned and iris notes that add a dose of sensuality.

This is the first Burberry fragrance to have lavender as its central note, playing the leading role in the composition. English lavender is far more aromatic than French lavender and its nuances are more pronounced in this composition. This was deliberately intended by its creator, using an ingredient typical of England, as Nathalie Cetto pointed out. She also adds that the new Burberry fragrance has a fundamental paradox at its core, a confrontation between spicy ingredients such as pink pepper and floral notes of Petalia present through to the heart note. This fragrance, with its peony scents, evokes youth and lightness, giving the feeling of being in a cloud of peony petals.

Burberry Brit Rhythm fragrance for women

The top notes of the new fragrance are English lavender, pink pepper and neroli, the main heart notes are iris absolute, blackberry leaves and orange blossom combined with a molecule specially patented by the house of Givaudan named Petalia, carrying the fragrance toward peony accords. The base incorporates vetiver, musk and dynamic wood. The fragrance is expected on the market starting January 28, 2014 and will be available in all official Burberry stores.

Just like the men's version, Burberry Brit for Men Rhythm, the women's fragrance is closely tied to music and live performance, explains Christopher Bailey. Like a Burberry collection fragrance, the new feminine fragrance carries the brand's authenticity and follows the house's style. He adds: Brit Rhythm pour Femme aims to capture the emotion, excitement and attitude that live music gives us.
