The Diesel Bad fragrance is much more than a simple scent. It is also a symbol of rebellion. Bad is the fragrance for men who do what they want, when they want. For men who follow only their own rules, those of the Bad Guide.
The Diesel house enjoys designing fragrances for determined, free men who do not hesitate to assert the multiplicity of their personality with powerful fragrances such as Only the Brave or Fuel for Life. With Bad, Diesel returned in 2016 to surprise us once more with its salty caviar notes blending with dark woody accords. The talented perfumers Anne Flipo and Carlos Benaim went even further with Bad Intense, which fits into an intense masculine fragrant rebellion trend in 2017.
Bad Intense, a fragrance of rebellion floats in the air of 2017
After daring to use multiple accords of unmatched virile power, the Diesel house once again dared with Bad to use unprecedented notes that would hit the mark. The caviar used alongside floral notes and woody bases in Bad managed to blaze its trail through a path of masculine fragrances that seemed to be taking a turn toward intense power and virility. Bad Intense reveals itself even further within this trend of rebellion that seems to appeal so much to men in 2017.
It should be noted that Anne Flipo, one of the two creators of Bad and Bad Intense, took part in the Jimmy Choo Man project, which was released almost at the same time as Bad Intense. Both, although built on different accords and raw materials, exude this rebellious man, a slightly bad boy, who loses none of his refined elegance.
Thus Diesel's Bad Intense knows how to offer men what they secretly dream of… freedom, of course! And Carlos Benaim as well as Anne Flipo did not hesitate to spice up the original hearts of Bad to amplify their warmth against the caviar note, entirely unprecedented in masculine perfumery but also, and above all, breathtakingly sensual.
The caviar note warms up with spices for a spellbinding Bad Intense
By entrusting the creation of the composition of its Bad and then Bad Intense fragrance to Carlos Benaim and Anne Flipo, the Diesel house already knew it would resemble no other, given how much boldness and creativity these two talents had shown in their other creations.
For Bad, as for Bad Intense which retains this point in common, the perfumers paired aromatic and citrus freshness with a salty caviar note that is at once fresh and highly sensual, even highly sexual… Moreover, until then, only Womanity, the lovely feminine fragrance by Thierry Mugler, had dared to feature this caviar note in its composition.
Bad Intense goes even further by leaving behind the floral notes of its handsome, youthful predecessor, replacing them around the caviar note with spices of saffron, nutmeg, cardamom and coriander. As for the depths of Bad Intense, they are intensified by the famous smooth, honeyed warmth of tobacco, an olfactory memory dear to Carlos Benaim, paired with precious iris, whose powdery notes bring a thoroughly masculine elegance.
Bad Intense turns up the heat for ever more addiction… Diesel for Bad Intense.
