A*Men Stellar

Mugler places A*Men Stellar among ambery gourmands and builds it in three dimensions. The first, radiant, pairs juicy, sweet Calabrian bergamot with an aromatic, powerful lavandin from Provence, for a fresh and luminous opening.

Pistachio and woods

The second dimension, gourmand, rests on a creamy pistachio accord, softly nutty and slightly salty. The house presents it as the heart of an ultra-modern gourmand, balanced by the woody base.

The third, mighty, comes from a richly textured woody accord lifted by accents of amber and coffee, a touch of rum and an oaky cognac. Jacques Huclier and Louise Turner say they sought a new indulgence, driven by pistachio and a wood with boozy accents.

The notes are arranged here as follows: bergamot and lavandin at the top; pistachio in the heart; woody notes in the base, where amber, coffee, rum and cognac remain accents.

What the label declares

Denatured alcohol, water and fragrance open the list, ahead of dipropylene glycol, a solvent, and a UV filter. Coumarin, limonene and linalool are the first scent substances declared.

Further down come alpha-isomethyl ionone, methyl anthranilate, anise alcohol, geraniol, citronellol and citral. Citric acid closes the list, and no colorant is declared.
