Thus, it clearly marks its belonging to the great Diesel family, while perfectly embodying the philosophy of this new fragrance, symbolizing conviction and courage, values dear to all athletes as a whole. Particularly masculine, the bottle of Spirit of The Brave takes the shape of a clenched fist. It should be noted that this design was inspired by a sculpture of Joe Louis located in Detroit, representing the fist of this professional boxer, one of the most famous on the planet. Now, the bottle of Spirit of The Brave has traded its former bluish transparency for a glossy lacquer finish. The bottom of this bottle is entirely black, while three elements stand out in gold: the cap of Spirit of The Brave, the name Diesel, and a lion's head. The animal is far from having been chosen at random and is identical to the tattoo Neymar wears on his hand. The former FC Barcelona winger states that this is one of his favorite tattoos: The perfume had to be bold, in keeping with what I love. I wanted a perfume that tells my own story and that shows what the word courage means to me. Through this visual, the house of Diesel wanted to retrace Neymar's life by drawing inspiration from his tattoos, explains Guillaume de Lesquen. His body is covered in drawings and mantras that remind him of his friends, his parents, his loves, his son. There is something in the tattoo that relates to the perfume, in this connection to the body, to sensuality, but also to animalism. Moreover, what better animal than the king of the jungle to embody determination, dominance, and victory?
