Sorbetto Rosso, a fragrance that smells wonderfully of watermelon

At present, very little information has come out regarding the recipe of the new fragrance Sorbetto Rosso. Escada has chosen to preserve an element of mystery, and further details should be revealed in the months to come. We do know, however, that watermelon will be the main ingredient of this juice. This fruit is, after all, emblematic of summer. With its high water content, it is highly valued for its refreshing quality. That said, it should be noted that it is not possible to directly extract an essential oil from this fruit. Thus, to create Sorbetto Rosso, Escada entirely recreated the scent of watermelon in the laboratory. What is more, as if to draw one to the edge of a seashore, the house decided to incorporate sea salt into the recipe of its fragrance. As a result, Sorbetto Rosso is akin to skin warmed by the sun yet cooled by a sea breeze. In terms of design, it follows the silhouette of all of Escada's summer fragrances but is this time enhanced with a lovely pink and blue gradient. In perfect harmony with its fragrance, a slice of watermelon decorates its front face.
