This can be felt in many of his fragrances, which evoke Sicily, marine salinity or the aromatic herbs of Provence. This is precisely what Ocean Di Gioia is about. Its name speaks volumes, and for good reason... It is directly inspired by the depths of the sea. While its name suggests an oceanic dive, Giorgio Armani readily admits that his inspiration comes rather from the Mediterranean. Ocean Di Gioia, a surprising composition to evoke the freshness of water
Generally, when designers decide to evoke the depth of the ocean, they turn to citrus to symbolize freshness, a marine accord to represent water, to which they finally add a touch of salt. Here, however, Giorgio Armani relies on a completely different formula... Perfumers Maryperre Julien and Sonia Constant were given the difficult task of evoking the different facets of the maritime aspect without using these usual raw materials. They therefore first opted for a fruity, invigorating peach accord. Velvety and juicy, it embodies the vigor of the sea combined with the calm that emanates from this natural element. Then, since the sun seems to shine on Giorgio Armani's ocean, a radiant jasmine enhances the whole with its rich, opulent scent. Gradually, Ocean Di Gioia gains longevity in its base. It combines a milky, creamy sandalwood with a stronger, more animalic musk scent. Overall, this is a new interpretation of a floral bouquet, with notes inspired by the Mediterranean Sea, for a lively and trendy woman.

As for the bottle, Ocean Di Gioia does not depart from tradition and comes in the same spray bottle as its predecessors. It thus proudly displays its belonging to the great Giorgio Armani family, and more particularly to the Di Gioia collection, whose name means joy in Italian. Rounded throughout, this bottle relies on simplicity and is free of any superfluous detail. Here, everything is purity, discretion and authenticity. Yet its shape is ideally designed for an easy grip. No one can say for certain whether it is a pebble or a drop of water. Either way, the magic works instantly. The blue color, meanwhile, was not chosen at random. On the one hand, it is the color of water. It is also the most beloved shade in the world, a symbol of travel, escape and calm. It should be noted that, for a more luxurious touch, the whole is topped with a cap resembling a precious mineral, drawn directly from the heart of the Earth.
