Mon Guerlain Intense

Mon Guerlain Eau de Parfum Intense is the woody amber version Guerlain launched at the end of summer 2019, signed by Thierry Wasser and Delphine Jelk. A vanilla tincture prepared at the Orphin factory joins Tahitensis vanilla, patchouli, lavender and sandalwood. Angelina Jolie embodies it in a film by Emmanuel Lubezki shot at her home in Cambodia.

The 1908 quadrilobe bottle, with its stopper cut into four lobes, its glass weighted for the Intense and adorned with deep coppery gold.

Mon Guerlain uses the quadrilobe bottle, which the house dates to 1908 and attributes to Gabriel Guerlain and Baccarat. Clean and graphic, it draws on an alchemist’s flask and owes its name to its stopper, worked from a single block to form four lobes.

For the Eau de Parfum Intense, Guerlain weights the glass and adorns it with a deep coppery gold ornament, which the house links to vanilla, the fragrance’s star ingredient. It sees in it a contrast between the strength of taut lines and the sensuality of curves.
