J'adoube

Mind Games launches J’adoube in 2022, on a composition by perfumer Nathalie Benareau. The house classifies it in the floral family. The perfume is offered in three sizes: 5 ml, 7 ml and 100 ml.

Top

Mandarin opens the accord with a bright sparkle, of an almost sun-kissed tonality. Redcurrant adds the flesh of a small red fruit, whose acidity gives a lively start. Citrus essences such as mandarin are rich in volatile molecules, perceived from the very first minutes.

Heart

Pomegranate brings a fresh, tangy fruit. Damask rose, a variety grown notably in Bulgaria and Turkey for its essence, appears floral and rich, with spicy and honeyed accents. Rose takes on a warm tonality here, between honey and wax.

Base

Benzoin, a resin drawn from trees of the Styrax genus, evokes vanilla, caramel and toasted almond. Patchouli, a distilled leaf native to Southeast Asia, brings an earthy material with a damp character, crossed by a camphoraceous streak.

Floral family

Classified as Floral, J’adoube builds this character on Damask rose and rose, flowers whose petals concentrate honeyed nuances. The top fruits and pomegranate color this floral axis, while benzoin and patchouli give it a resinous, earthy foundation.
