Love Chloé, or the celebration of a delicate and sensual femininity
As we well know, Michel Almairac, the perfumer who composed Chloé Eau de Parfum, Chloé Eau de Toilette and Chloé Eau de Parfum Intense, is a lover of the rose. A rose that, until him, mostly carried the outdated image of a forgotten, overly classic perfume, impossible to blend with modern accords. Thanks to the Chloé perfumes and the talent of Michel Almairac, the rose regained its status as a star, a delicate and glamorous star that moves as much as it shines.
The approach of the two perfumers who created Love Chloé would be, despite the difference in olfactory direction, essentially the same. For Love Chloé, no more than its predecessors, does not seek to resemble the perfumes of its time; better still, it too plays on old memories of rice powder and makeup to better display its beautiful modernity.
Far, very far from trendy gourmand perfumes, Love Chloé presents itself as an extremely sophisticated powdery fragrance with delicate floral notes yet assertive sensuality. It also pairs perfectly with the collection of powdery dresses and blouses released the same year by the Chloé couture house.

Love Chloé, the perfume that celebrates ancestral beauty rituals through its ingredients
Love Chloé stands out for its extreme sophistication and its carefully balanced blend of modern, sensual ingredients and classic, retro perfumery raw materials.
This striking contrast is first asserted through sun-kissed, highly dynamic top notes that shake up the traditional citrus by introducing neroli flower and pink pepper instead. The Chloé woman has character, and Love Chloé reminds us of it.
These novel opening notes are, however, followed by much more classic floral notes. Violet and iris, long used in perfumery, assert the powdery heart with equally classic, yet so beautiful, notes of lilac, hyacinth and rose. This heart aims to recreate the scents of makeup of days past, a true olfactory madeleine de Proust for today's women, and it works wonderfully.
This heart, ultimately quite retro, is in turn shaken up by very modern and powerful woody depths, far more so than the perfumes in which rose, violet and iris once appeared. Yet the base of vanilla, coumarin and white musks, punctuated by heliotrope, comes across as comfortable and plush without forgetting to be sensual.
