For once, it is the perfumer Daniela Andrier who composed Infusion Fleur d'Oranger. It was created a year after the first fragrance of the Infusions Prada, namely Infusion d'Iris. For 10 years, Daniela Andrier has signed every perfume from the house of Prada, even though she works for the company Givaudan. Daniela Andrier is regarded as a creative and sensitive perfumer. She pours her whole soul into every composition. Regarding the creation of Infusion Fleur d'Oranger, Daniela Andrier states: I believe I will never be done with orange blossom... It is a note that is at once precise and multiple, revealing itself as sensual, limpid or concentrated depending on the interpretations...

Infusion Fleur d'Oranger is an ultra luminous and romantic fragrance. It opens with neroli notes paired with mandarin. The story of mandarin begins in China. The mandarin tree is about 4 meters tall. Its flowers are small and appear in June. Mandarin was introduced to Europe in the 19th century. It is a winter fruit, very rich in vitamins and minerals. Mandarin essence is obtained by expression of the fruit peel. In perfumery, mandarin gives off tangy, fruity, fresh and sweet tonalities. The heart of Infusion Fleur d'Oranger is ultra feminine and as luminous as could be wished, combining jasmine, tuberose and orange blossom. The origin of orange blossom is uncertain, as some say it comes from India while others claim it comes from China. Orange blossom arrived in Europe in the 11th century, and comes from the bitter orange tree. The latter produces highly fragrant white flowers. Orange blossom symbolizes fertility and purity. In the 19th century, the bride's bouquet was made with orange blossom. In perfumery, orange blossom gives off very floral, jasmine-like and honeyed tonalities. Finally, the base of the fragrance is both honeyed and very powdery, giving the whole a perfect balance.
