The bottle takes the shape of a glass apple. Its attribution remains disputed: Fragrantica credits designer Sylvie de France, while the French version of Wikipedia attributes it to Alain de Mourgues and links the shape to the apple of Adam and Eve, that of the forbidden fruit. Neither version is confirmed by the house, which for its part presents this apple of Eden as designed by Lolita Lempicka and conceived as an art object, faceted in the manner of a precious stone.
For the 2017 anniversary, the apple, covered in ivy leaves, becomes faceted. It is fitted with a golden cap and an ivy-leaf-shaped pendant bearing the two letters L, initials of Lolita Lempicka. The outer box takes the shape of a faceted heart, white and yellow.
