Rose Palace

Rose Palace is a unisex eau de parfum by Jean Paul Gaultier, launched in 2026 in Les Ateliers Gaultier and composed by Florian Gallo. A floral woody scent born of the Parisian club Le Palace and a 2003 leather silhouette, it pairs Damask rose at the top, a black sesame cream in the central tier and vetiver at the base.

Jean Paul Gaultier classes Rose Palace among the floral woody fragrances and arranges its notes across three tiers: Damask rose at the top, a black sesame cream in the central tier, vetiver at the base.

Damask rose

From the very first notes, the Damask rose asserts itself, voluptuous and radiant, asking no permission. The house describes it as a woody rose of elegant charm, far from any conventional rose.

Black sesame cream

In the central tier, a black sesame cream creates the surprise, creamy, warm and indulgent. The house sees in it the detail that changes everything, a texture that wraps the rose and makes it addictive.

Vetiver

At the base, a deep vetiver signs the creation and completes this floral woody scent, which the house sums up in one phrase: provocation, signed Gaultier, in a bottle.

What the label declares

Denatured alcohol, fragrance and water open the list, ahead of tetramethyl acetyloctahydronaphthalenes, a synthetic wood, vanillin, Virginia cedarwood oil and hexamethylindanopyran, a synthetic musk. Citronellol, geraniol, geranium flower oil and rose oil appear further down.

The list also declares patchouli oil, Atlas cedarwood oil, a UV filter, an antioxidant, BHT, and five colorants, Violet 2, Yellow 5, Red 4, Red 33 and Blue 1, out of thirty-five items.
