Jardins de Bagatelle is the floral eau de toilette Jean-Paul Guerlain composed in 1983, in tribute to the Château de Bagatelle and its gardens in Paris. The current version, reissued in the Les Légendaires collection, brings together bergamot, a heart of jasmine, neroli and gardenia, and a base of tuberose and wood.
The bottle with the inverted-heart stopper Raymond Guerlain designed in 1912, with Art Nouveau scrolls, adorned with a round green label.
Jardins de Bagatelle now comes in the Les Légendaires bottle, designed by Raymond Guerlain in 1912: a hollow inverted-heart stopper set above two Art Nouveau scrolls.
A round green label bears the fragrance’s name, and a touch of gold adorns the neck. Osmoz describes the original 1983 bottle as a sculpture with a drape raised on one side, evoking the silhouette of one of the château’s caryatids.
