Where to buy
Thus, all the fragrances from the Dolce line smell of Sicily. Domenico Dolce states that they contain all the nobility of the soul, the elegance of everyday gestures, the joy of sharing from generation to generation, but also the evident perfection of a simple white flower. Such is the image of Sicily that he carries within himself, he says, and the one he instilled in these delicate fragrances. Today, after Dolce Floral Drops and Dolce Rosa Excelsa, Dolce & Gabbana has decided to unveil a new version of this floral breath. Focus on the new Dolce Garden.
Dolce Garden, an emotional and sensory journey at the heart of Sicily
Dolce Garden is a true journey of the senses. With it, no need to pack a suitcase and prepare a passport. A simple breath transports you to the heart of a Sicilian garden. Dolce Garden is the fragrance of an Italian woman, at once endowed with a strong temperament yet full of lightness and sensitivity. This floral and gourmand juice is a concentrate of pleasure. It offers a fun experience and draws inspiration from the desire and free thinking of women today.
The floral olfactory composition of Dolce Garden
On the olfactory level, this inspiration translates into a sun-kissed and floral concentrate. Dolce Garden is a fragrance that immediately lifts the spirits and could almost make one forget the winter gloom. Its scent first takes flight on the freshness of mandarin brightened with neroli and magnolia. Then, this floral breath is further amplified in its heart by the presence of ylang-ylang. It nonetheless gains in exoticism and also contains frangipani petals and coconut. This gourmand and sun-drenched fruit whets the appetite just like the warm and fleshy vanilla that accompanies it. Almond milk wraps it all in a creamy scent. Finally, Dolce Garden by Dolce & Gabbana is structured by a woodier base.
The return of the famous Dolce & Gabbana bottle, colored pink for Dolce Garden
For the occasion, the Dolce Garden bottle reinterprets the visual of its predecessors and gives them a new pink color. Its silhouette, however, has remained largely the same. This is because every detail of this bottle was designed to offer a dive into the history of Dolce & Gabbana. The black grosgrain fabric bow attached at its neck is a nod to the many bow ties that were present in the early Dolce & Gabbana runway shows. The flower that serves as its cap, meanwhile, echoes Sicilian tradition. It recalls the almond paste sculptures traditionally made by Sicilian pastry chefs. The whole is presented in a heavy glass bottle, a mark of refinement. Its transparency lets one glimpse a very feminine pink juice. The whole takes on a silhouette that defies any particular age, at once contemporary while retaining a more retro spirit.
