The sixth chapter of the Devotion collection, Your Devotion is released in 2026 as an Eau de Parfum Intense. Olivier Cresp extends the vanilla of the original with a milky accord and opens it on a Sicilian melon. Fruity floral gourmand, the sillage gains in roundness what it gives up in gravity.
In the top notes, Sicilian melon sets the tone: a juicy freshness, sweet from the outset, owing less to water than to the flesh of the fruit. Sicilian mandarin, mentioned only by the independent listings, adds a zest that keeps the opening from turning syrupy. The start is forthright, very legible, with no held-back effect.
The heart shifts toward white flowers. Orange blossom, the only heart note claimed by the house, brings a slightly powdery clarity that tempers the fruit; gardenia, added by the same listings, thickens the whole with a creamy texture. The transition is short: the fruit does not fade away, it lets itself be enveloped.
The base carries the true statement of the fragrance. Madagascar vanilla is worked into a milky accord, and it is this milk — foregrounded by the house, but not retained here as a distinct note — that gives the sillage its almost food-like roundness. Sandalwood and oakmoss, absent from the official discourse, edge this sweetness with a slightly bitter woody thread. This is also where reception diverges: the same moss that structures the base for some turns metallic for others, against the milky note.
