Boucheron Homme, a jewel of a masculine fragrance. It has been more than 150 years since Boucheron established itself as a jeweler, first on rue du Palais Royal in Paris and then in the heart of Place Vendôme. Its expertise has thus shone for decades across the entire planet, showcasing the splendor of women through ever more sumptuous adornments.

Where to buy

It was in 1988 that Boucheron decided to extend its expertise to perfumery as well. Naturally, this new chapter began with a fragrance for women. However, it was not long before it extended to the men's category, barely three years later, in 1991.

A Boucheron jewel turned into a fragrance

Among the many precious stones used by Boucheron, the sapphire stands as a benchmark. Its midnight blue is absolutely captivating and unsettling. It is an imperial stone, worn and revered by the noblest men and women on the planet for centuries. It is precisely this hypnotic emblem that Boucheron chose to highlight for the creation of its first masculine fragrance. Thus, this juice aims to be as seductive and vibrant as the sapphire. It becomes an exceptional link between the two worlds of the house of Boucheron. Boucheron Homme is an authentic fragrance, as if drawn from the depths of the earth, determined to deliver its very best. Although sapphire is a stone often worn by women, this in no way affects the masculinity of this fragrance. This essence sits at the heart of the elements, possessing the strength of the ocean and the lightness of air. Boucheron Homme is a wildly refined fragrance that seems to draw its timelessness from the splendor of precious stones.

The aromatic freshness of Boucheron Homme

Boucheron Homme is a fragrance created by Raymond Chaillan. It is a fresh and luminous juice that opens with a citrus and aromatic combination. Boucheron Homme also contains Calabrian bergamot, verbena and bitter orange from Mexico. Likewise, basil from India reinforces the aromatic nuances of this fragrance, while it gains intensity through the addition of coriander from Georgia and juniper berries. Floral essences then reinforce the elegance of this fragrance, which leaves behind a sublime scent of Bulgarian rose combined with the impertinence of Moroccan geranium as well as the exoticism of ylang-ylang from the Comoros and the nobility of iris from Florence. The whole gradually warms up thanks to the presence of cistus and clary sage. Finally, woody tones take over. Boucheron Homme concludes with a resolutely masculine sillage based on patchouli from Singapore, Bourbon vetiver, Bohemian moss, sandalwood from Mysore, amber and benzoin from Siam. Furthermore, vanilla further enhances its syrupy, smooth character. As one may gather, Boucheron Homme is a genuine world tour of flavors, an enchantment of the senses drawn from the four corners of the globe.
