Un Dimanche à la Campagne is a French film directed by Bertrand Tavernier and released in 1984. That is no doubt why this name is not unfamiliar. Yet one should not read any similarity into it, since it is not from that story that Guerlain drew inspiration to create its brand new fragrance.
