My Burberry is a perfume for women that came into being in 2014, primarily showcasing a floral scent of rose and violet. Inspired by the iconic Burberry trench coat, this juice quickly became talked about across the entire planet. It is today described as the authentic embodiment of the house, in terms of scent, design and attitude.
My Burberry Blush, a subtle blend of authenticity and modernity. Created by the talented perfumer Francis Kurkdjian and by Burberry's CEO, Christopher Bailey, the perfume My Burberry Blush is inspired by a London garden at first light of day, as the flowers bloom in a bubbling burst of renewed energy. The description of this perfume is tempting to say the least, leading us to expect a scent that is at once contemporary, invigorating and very feminine. However, we are entitled to wonder whether My Burberry Blush is truly different from its predecessor My Burberry. Let us look more closely at whether this new composition lives up to our expectations.

A bottle reinterpreted with modernity and femininity
Let us begin by taking a closer look at the bottle of the new My Burberry Blush. This glass vessel is at once simple and refined while being carefully considered. My Burberry Blush opens a door onto the heritage of the house of Burberry. In this case, it is adorned with a pretty little bow hand-tied at its neck. This bow is made of gabardine. This is a material originally invented by Thomas Burberry, in 1879. Gabardine was a fabric that was both waterproof and breathable, truly revolutionary for its time. Today, it echoes the house's iconic trench coat. The cap of My Burberry Blush, moreover, is also a nod to this key piece of the Burberry wardrobe. The material of its cap recalls that of the buttons on the Burberry trench coat. Its soft pink color, meanwhile, is particularly feminine. It is indeed evocative of a blush but also of one of the house's glosses. Indeed, its shade is identical to that of the Liquid Lip Velvet Dark Rosewood gloss. Finally, for added refinement, My Burberry Blush comes in a thick glass cube with a particularly solid base. Its name, meanwhile, is inscribed on its front face in a resolutely chic golden script.
The poetic luminosity of the fragrance of My Burberry Blush
Beyond its elegant bottle, My Burberry Blush also owes its existence to one of the finest perfumers of our time: the talented Francis Kurkdjian. A true art lover, this creator is endowed with an extraordinary sensibility. It is precisely this emotion that is found in My Burberry Blush. With a single breath, this perfume seems capable of transporting us to the heart of a lush British garden, just as it begins to be warmed by the first light of day. The idea is poetic to say the least and lives up to all of its promises in terms of execution. My Burberry Blush places rose at the center of its fragrance and reveals all the facets of this emblematic flower of women's perfumery. Rose reveals itself as both silky and wild. To achieve this, it is paired with a peppery breath of geranium. The incandescent warmth of this plant is nonetheless offset by an addition of green apple. Likewise, the opening of My Burberry Blush proves particularly fresh and invigorating, containing lemon and pomegranate. Finally, My Burberry Blush concludes with an intense femininity derived from jasmine and wisteria.
