Le Parfum is the Eau de Parfum launched by Lolita Lempicka in 2021, a return of the original 1997 fragrance under its original name and apple-shaped bottle, signed by Annick Ménardo. The house describes a gourmand and sensual accord of licorice and violet, lifted by an anise note and wrapped in musk, without a hierarchy of tiers; Wikiparfum adds tonka bean, iris and praline. The fragrance is announced as vegan and certified One Voice.

The house presents this return as that of the original bottle, after a period during which the 1997 fragrance had circulated under another name and another bottle design linked to licensing issues.
A year-end limited edition, named Flacon Minuit, reinterprets the apple's design each year; the house presents a version of it for the end of 2024. The fragrance contained in this edition remains identical to that of the current Parfum.
