Le Beau and its Belle counterpart appear in the lovely Garden of Eden of the Jean-Paul Gaultier factory, which we had already encountered in a highly imaginative advertising campaign for the house's two great bestsellers, Classique and Le Mâle.
From this Le Mâle, made iconic by its accords of orange blossom mingled with citrus and aromatic herb freshness and intense woody sensuality, many other bottles have been born by ceaselessly reinventing it a little more. This time, it is the perfumer Quentin Bisch who brings it back to life in this new 2019 fragrance, Le Beau.
But Le Beau is not simply a fragrant son of Le Mâle; it reorchestrates the latter's accords to carry us into a tropical, ultra-virile paradise under the guidance of a perfumer who has long known how to create wonderful Jean-Paul Gaultier fragrances.

The structure of a fragrance can be summed up in three or four raw materials. The rest is just dressing! states perfumer Quentin Bisch about his work at Infrarouge. And the man is a true maker of successes through this almost childlike simplicity, in which he plays with overdosing as if to better assert the character of each fragrance. He has thus already composed Pure XS For Her by Paco Rabanne, Nomade by Chloé, as well as Angel Muse and Le Mâle Essence de Parfum.

In the heart, no orange blossom or spices as in Le Mâle, but rather a note of coconut to carry us directly to a tropical paradise.
