Ginseng Biloba

Where to buy
Announced on July 28, 2026, Ginseng Biloba takes its place among the Hermessence, the collection of perfumes Hermès founded in 2004. Christine Nagel, the house's perfumer, signs the composition, an Eau de Parfum classed in the woody family and intended for both women and men.
The name brings together the two raw materials around which the brand builds its narrative: ginseng root and ginkgo biloba leaf. Hermès speaks of textured scents for the former and luminous notes for the latter, without publishing a tiered pyramid. The inspiration narrative dwells on the golden fan-shaped leaves of the ginkgo, the tree's dioecy, and the memory of crushed leaves from a male ginkgo.
Christine Nagel states she wanted an Hermessence evoking curves and graphic lines. The perfume is offered in 15, 100 and 200 ml, and appears in the house's American catalog at $435.
