At its launch, CK2 was presented by the Calvin Klein house as a juice made to appeal to a broader audience, of any age and any gender. Indeed, CK2 is indeed a fragrance intended equally for men and women. However, as for age, it must be noted that it is still aimed at the young generation. Judging by its advertising as well as its bottle and its olfactory profile, it remains very trendy, refreshing and urban. It therefore follows exactly the same line as its predecessor, unleashing a new shockwave in perfumery. CK2 is a new addictive and striking fragrance, offered to today's youth. Embodying the aspirations of youth, it makes life more exciting as a couple and offers both men and women a genuine experience. CK2 navigates between freshness and explosiveness. It celebrates diversity. It is, quite simply, an ode to life!
The woody and aquatic breath of CK2
Calvin Klein's CK2 proves particularly original and does not follow the classic structure of fragrances, developing from top notes toward base notes. In reality, it consists of two successive stages. First, it delivers a burst of freshness, quickly followed by an explosion of warmth. Its sharp opening combines violet leaf with mandarin. Wasabi, an Asian spice, comes to warm the whole, while blending with floral nuances of iris and rose. Little by little, Calvin Klein's CK2 becomes more mineral. It then concludes with a woody base of vetiver and sandalwood, wrapped in incense.
The futuristic design of Calvin Klein's CK2 bottle
As is often the case with design, Calvin Klein here relies on purity and originality to conceive the CK2 bottle. The house offers a futuristic visual. More specifically, it is an inverted glass tube of highly high-tech inspiration. The whole is electrified with a neon blue hue. One could almost believe it to be a light bulb. The whole rests balanced on a square base. CK2 stands upside down, which gives it a surprising and unexpected graphic look.
