Café Rose is the Tom Ford Eau de Parfum launched in 2012 in the Private Blend collection and relaunched in 2023 in the Signature Line. The house pairs a refined rose with the twist of a black coffee, heightened by coriander, cardamom and patchouli, over accords of incense resin and sandalwood. The semi-transparent pink bottle features a cabochon and a violet bronze plate.

The house does not break Café Rose down into three classic tiers but lists a set of raw materials: rose essence, rose absolute, Orpur® ylang-ylang from the Comoros, coffee CO2 extraction, Orpur® coriander and Orpur® patchouli from Indonesia. The narrative emphasizes coriander, patchouli and cardamom for the spicy warmth, and accords of incense resin and sandalwood in the base.

The INCI list published by the house confirms the presence of patchouli in the form of Pogostemon cablin oil, consistent with the raw materials announced. It also reveals synthetic components not mentioned in the house's narrative: tetramethyl acetyloctahydronaphthalenes and hexamethylindanopyran. Several regulatory allergens from natural oils or floral compositions are also found: citronellol, linalool, limonene, geraniol, eugenol, hydroxycitronellal, linalyl acetate, cinnamyl alcohol, citral, benzyl benzoate, benzyl salicylate, farnesol and alpha-isomethyl ionone, along with an oakmoss extract and a clove oil (Eugenia caryophyllus).
What remains outside the composition
No earlier pyramid specific to the 2012 version allows for a precise comparison of the two formulas; only the 2023 relaunch is described by Wikiparfum and by the house.
