Take Off is a unisex fragrance from the house of Assaf, announced in 2026 as a new creation. The announced heart brings together broom, honeysuckle and jasmine. The floral orientation of the opening continues at this stage of the composition; Assaf has not detailed how these flowers are arranged, nor their proportion in the formula.

The base brings together amber, musk, heliotrope and vetiver. It corresponds to the soft base mentioned at launch and aligns with Take Off's classification in the musky family, to which musk lends its name.
