Bergamot, fruity and sweet, and pear, fruity and soft, occupy the top: the two materials share the same fruity sweetness that opens the composition.
Rose, warm and honeyed, violet, powdery and green, and sweet pea, soft and musky, share the heart, the honey of the rose sitting alongside the softness of the sweet pea.
Musk, woody and animalic, meets cedar at the base, evoking pencil shavings and resin, the wood of the cedar accompanying the more animalic grain of the musk.
