Donna Born in Roma Ruby is the feminine counterpart to Ruby, a 2026 edition signed by Valentino for Born in Roma, whose Uomo opens on raspberry. Its own composition is not known to date. It joins a Donna line founded in 2019 on jasmine and Bourbon vanilla; vanilla has remained in nearly all its editions.
A composition still unknown
To date, no note of Donna Born in Roma Ruby is known. This gap is deliberate: lending the fragrance the notes of its predecessors, or those of the Uomo edition, would amount to inventing them. The detail will join these lines once the house makes it public.
The constants of the Donna line
Vanilla is the constant of the Donna line: present in the base of the 2019 original, it returns in nearly every edition, from Green Stravaganza to Purple Melancholia. Jasmine, the heart of the original Donna, is found again in Intense, Green Stravaganza and Extradose.
Fruits have opened several editions: blackcurrant in the original and in Extradose, plum in Purple Melancholia. Nothing yet indicates whether Ruby takes this path, as the Uomo edition does with its raspberry.
