Peonia Nobile reconstitutes a flower that cannot be distilled. Black pepper and raspberry open, the peony occupies the center with geranium, Turkish rose and freesia, an amber accord closes with patchouli and musk. Acqua di Parma launched it in 2016, the year of its centenary, the third installment of its Le Nobili collection.

Kleo files Peonia Nobile in the best tradition of the house, refined and raw in its materials, and recognizes in it a bouquet of roses mixed with lily of the valley, the two routes by which perfumery approaches this flower. She describes a crystalline, pure fragrance, which a green note freshens to an unexpected masculine side, and sees the musky base end up taking over. She gives it as simpler and fresher than the complex compositions she prefers.
