Composed in 2023 by Quentin Bisch for Parfums de Marly, with Julien Sprecher, Valaya seeks the sensation of cotton against the skin, inspired by the petticoats of the 18th century. Bergamot, mandarin and white peach open onto orange blossom, nympheal and vetiver; akigalawood, ambrofix and musk hold the base, in a white bottle with a tassel.
A white frosted glass bottle with an embossed frame, capped in silver and adorned with a white satin tassel.
“It was to be a white bottle,” Quentin Bisch tells ÇaFleureBon. Bluemercury describes a frosted glass bottle with an ornate embossed frame, topped with a silver cap, and Garage and Bluemercury alike mention the white satin tassel tied at the neck.
The fragrance sells in 30 and 75 ml.
