Muschio Mineralis

Muschio Mineralis was launched in 2025 by Gucci within The Alchemist's Garden collection, as part of the quartet reinterpreting the four stages of ancient alchemy. Co-signed by perfumers Mathilde Bijaoui and Julie Massé, this unisex Eau de Parfum belongs to the musky amber olfactory family and is presented as the most carnal and most enigmatic piece of the group, anchored in the mineral depths of the earth.

The composition is built around notes announced by the house: a carnal musk accord, ambrox with a mineral character, and a vanilla presented as obtained through solvent extraction of the pods followed by maceration — a process claimed by the house to reveal its aromatic richness. The whole forms a deep and sensual accord, where the warmth of the vanilla converses with the minerality of the ambrox and the density of the musk.

In the 2025 quartet of The Alchemist's Garden, Muschio Mineralis occupies the darkest and most earthbound position, in contrast to the airy lightness of Muschio di Luce. The house claims a very long-lasting sillage for this composition. Its unisex musky amber structure appeals to those seeking carnal and enveloping fragrances, with an assertive presence and a deeply sensual character.
