Where to buy

Acqua di Parma added Mirto di Panarea to its Blu Mediterraneo line in 2008: Now Smell This announced it in February, as a 120 ml eau de toilette, with bath and body products. The house then presented it as a regenerating fragrance, based on a typical yet refined essence of the Italian Mediterranean.

Panarea, an island out of time

The house draws on Panarea, an island suspended in time, the smallest and oldest of the Aeolian Islands according to Dillard’s and Escentual. Escentual reads in it an ode to the volcanic landscape and to the wild spirit of the Mediterranean.

La Terrazza Italiana, summer 2025

The summer 2025 campaign, launched on 29 May, draws on the La Terrazza Italiana series designed by Ben Arpea.

The worldwide launch of the limited summer collection including Mirto di Panarea was set for 29 May 2025. The visual direction of the campaign rests on exclusive designs by the French artist Ben Arpea, gathered under the title La Terrazza Italiana: for Mirto di Panarea and its candle, the scene shows a seaside lunch on Panarea, in blue and white tones.
