Gypsy Water Absolu

Gypsy Water Absolu follows on from the Absolu de Parfum line launched by Byredo in 2025, which offers more concentrated versions of several titles from the catalog. This flanker of Gypsy Water is announced for 2026. The perfumer behind the composition has not been disclosed.

The pyramid opens with an accord of black pepper, a dry and pungent spice with woody nuances, bergamot, a fresh and slightly floral citrus, and pine needles, whose resinous and aromatic register establishes a forest-like character. The heart combines iris butter, creamy and powdery, carrot seed with earthy and slightly spicy facets, and incense absolute, resinous and smoky. The base brings together vanilla absolute, sweet and balsamic, white suede, a supple material with powdery and slightly animalic tonalities, and ambroxan, a molecule with an amber, dry and slightly musky profile.
