Launched in 2024, Good Girl Blush Elixir is the most intense version of Good Girl Blush from Carolina Herrera. Quentin Bisch and Louise Turner add a smoky patchouli to it: bergamot, mandarin and bitter almond at the top, rose and ylang-ylang at the heart, vanilla and patchouli at the base, in the line’s stiletto shaded from black to pink.
Mona Mostafa, of I Fragrance, no great fan of Good Girl or Blush, sees the Elixir as Blush’s wiser, sexier older sister, a honeyed floral that could stand as a fragrance in its own right. Angelina, of Ambiance & Fragrance, made it a favorite, a cross between Blush and the original.

Mona Mostafa, I Fragrance, May 2024
On May 23, 2024, Mona Mostafa admits she does not care for the opulent patchouli-and-almond pairing of the original Good Girl, and that she found Blush redundant. The Elixir surprises her: a bergamot opening dominated by patchouli, in which she finds neither Blush nor the original.
After ten minutes, the patchouli fades to her nose and the citrus rounds out; soapy, floral and fruity facets emerge, more elegant than Blush, along with a rich, creamy ylang-ylang. The trail lasts over five hours; on fabric, the fragrance persists for nearly twenty-six hours.
Her verdict: the Elixir could have been released on its own, without the label of a flanker of a flanker. If Blush is innocent and cute, the Elixir is its older sister, wiser and sexier, a honeyed floral lifted by citrus and an earthy patchouli.
Angelina, Ambiance & Fragrance, May 2024
On May 17, 2024, Angelina, who collects Good Girl bottles, made the Elixir a favorite: a voluptuous, intense and addictive ambery floral bordering on gourmand, dominated by velvety rose, creamy vanilla, smoky notes and an overdose of patchouli.
She sees it as the perfect cross between Good Girl Blush and the opulence of the original Good Girl, two very different versions to her nose: Blush for spring, the Elixir, deeper and richer, for cool days and evenings.
