This adventure goes much further. It is not only a human adventure, but also an entrepreneurial adventure or a new challenge to take on every day. Explorer Ultra Blue is a fragrance designed for ambitious and determined men. With it, every individual makes the earth their playground and the horizon their next destination. For those who love constantly winning new bets and for whom no new day ever resembles the last, this masculine fragrance is made for them. Incidentally, it is also a clever nod to the three founders of the house Montblanc, each coming from a different background yet together building one of the greatest luxury empires.
A refreshing fragrance that respects the planet
Explorer Ultra Blue by Montblanc is a fragrance that already promises to win over nature lovers as well as men in search of scents that respect the planet. As refreshing as it is woody or marine, Explorer Ultra Blue contains raw materials sourced from Givaudan's Sourcing for Shared Value program. As a reminder, this is an initiative launched by Givaudan, supporting local producers who adopt sustainable and ethical practices. Its ambition? To support local communities through educational initiatives aimed at the younger generation, for example by building libraries for schoolchildren on the island of Sulawesi. This is, incidentally, precisely where the patchouli used in Explorer Ultra Blue's base notes comes from. Here it is paired with a more leathery power. To this is added a more refreshing and marine heart, blending a sea breeze with ambergris. As for the top notes, everything is pure vivacity, in a blend of bergamot and spices.
All of Montblanc's expertise in a bottle
Finally, in keeping with all the elements mentioned above, the bottle of Explorer Ultra Blue is equally beautiful. Forming a thick glass cylinder, it is adorned with a Saffiano-patterned leather in a blue shade, on which the Montblanc six-pointed star is displayed. Note, incidentally, that this star is hand-applied to each bottle by the prestigious Pelleteria Montblanc in Florence, Italian workshops specializing in Montblanc leather goods. For added modernity and light, the whole is further topped with a chrome metal cap.
