1881 Black is an eau de toilette for men from Cerruti, launched in 2006 and composed by Michel Girard. A variation on 1881, it draws on the warm, spicy atmosphere of an Italian evening: bitter orange, santolina and lavender in the opening, nutmeg and cumin at the heart, and a sweet woody base of agarwood, guaiac and marzipan.
The emblematic bottle of the 1881 line, turned gray-black and topped with a brushed metal stopper.
1881 Black takes up the emblematic bottle of the 1881 line, dressed this time in gray-black. Osmoz sees in it a color that speaks at once of seduction, sophistication and a laid-back allure.
The stopper is made of brushed metal. The presentation texts stress this all-black look, both modern and sophisticated, which sets the bottle apart from that of the original.
