Angel Stellar, Eau de Parfum launched by Mugler in 2025, extends the Angel collection born in 1992. Composed by Louise Turner and Jacques Huclier, it opens on bergamot, continues on a sweet and salty pistachio accord, and closes on a bourbon vanilla supported by a woody accord. The house presents it as a gourmand and amber variation, carried in the cobalt blue star bottle characteristic of the line.

Bergamot opens, zesty: the house announces nothing else in the top notes, and neither does Wikiparfum.
Heart
The heart rests on a pistachio accord, sweet, salty and lightly roasted, which shifts, according to the house, Angel’s floral and woody writing toward a contemporary gourmand. Wikiparfum reads the same pistachio, with its salty facet.
Base
A sweet bourbon vanilla carries the base, intensified by a woody accord that the house describes as mysterious without naming the woods. Wikiparfum likewise sticks to woody notes.
What the label declares
The ingredients list places coumarin right after alcohol, fragrance and water: this almond and hay-like raw material, close to tonka bean, weighs heavily in the announced gourmand character. Vanillin, meanwhile, is not declared.
Limonene, linalool, geraniol, citral, eugenol and isoeugenol, declared allergens, are added, along with a UV filter, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, and a tetramethylhydroxypiperidinol citrate. Three colorants, violet 2, blue 1 and red 33, tint the juice.
What is left out
Patchouli appears neither at the house nor at Wikiparfum: it remains outside the notes retained, even though the original Angel carries it.
