Black Moonlight Signed Edition is the limited edition of Black Moonlight whose 50 ml bottle bears the handwritten signature of Sergio Momo, founder of Xerjoff. The fragrance, created in 2025 with Duran Duran for the Blends collection, combines bergamot, saffron, cardamom, lavender, sambac jasmine and myrrh over a base of labdanum, patchouli, tonka bean and Tolu balsam.
Top notes
At the top, bergamot and mandarin brighten the opening, heightened by saffron and cardamom. Xerjoff combines these citrus and spice notes to give Black Moonlight an opening that is both luminous and warm.
Heart notes
The heart brings together lavender, myrrh, sambac jasmine absolute and ylang-ylang. The house sees in it an intimate embrace, where myrrh resin darkens the flowers and prepares the fragrance's woody, oriental side.
Base notes
The base combines labdanum, patchouli, tonka bean and Tolu balsam. These materials give the fragrance a sensual foundation that the house likens to the legacy of Duran Duran, at once shifting and introspective.
