Benefiting from the expertise of Koto Parfums, Mimi is a particularly harmonious juice that will win you over as much through its flavor as through its look. Whether or not you are a fan of Japan, you will not resist this essence straight from Asia.

The fruity and floral freshness of Mimi

Behind its seemingly very Asian look lies a composition created exclusively by French perfumers. Mimi is a fragrance that was created in 2011 and was designed by the nose Corinne Cachen. The latter is known for always having drawn her inspiration from travel. Enamored of escape and freedom, it is therefore quite naturally that she crafted this juice so deeply marked by the Japanese universe. Here, she chose to open her fragrance with an energizing, fruity blend. In addition, citrus fruits such as lemon and mandarin give it a very tangy and fresh side. Mimi's dynamism is then further reinforced by the juicier, more sparkling presence of blackcurrant. There, peach takes over, giving this fragrance a more velvety side. It is also at this moment that Mimi lets its femininity fully unfold. Violet gives it a very refined powdery facet while peony makes it more romantic. This flower is particularly famous in perfumery. It is highly appreciated for its many facets and recalls in several respects the scent of rose. However, its lightness is also evocative of lily of the valley. This is further accentuated here by the presence of tea. Finally, Mimi gradually shifts toward a more enveloping and deep sillage. This is structured with woody notes. Musk, for its part, gives it more sensuality. Finally, the whole is rounded off by the sweet exoticism of vanilla.

Mimi Kimmi sees life in pink

If this formula suggests a particularly charming and cheerful juice, the same holds true for its bottle. Like each of the Kimmi fragrances, this one is contained in a Kimmidoll figure. It is a kind of small, typically Asian figurine that is easily recognizable. Indeed, Kimmidoll figures have a straight hairstyle forming a sort of colorful helmet, almond-shaped, made-up eyes, as well as a kimono. In Asian countries, these figures carry symbolic significance and are ancestral. Moreover, they first appeared in the ninth century. Mimi then takes on a particularly girly look. Its kimono plays with transparency while being tinted pink. This matches the doll's made-up mouth. Finally, Mimi is topped with white hair, a symbol of purity. This is nevertheless decorated on one side with a sort of multicolored floral rosette. The overall effect is very feminine, full of joy and exceptionally endearing.
