Luna Collector Noël 2019

A festive spirit for Luna Collector Nina Ricci. This name alone is enough to send the imagination traveling into a poetic and marvelous world! Since its creation, the house has crafted fragrances that are each more enchanting than the last. This is how Nina came to life, in 2006.

Luna Collector, when Nina Ricci's second heroine puts on her festive attire…

Since 2006, Nina Ricci has shone throughout the world through its feminine and poetic aura, largely conveyed by its perfume Nina. Indeed, this is one of the house's best-sellers, renowned for its light embodiment of a romantic young Parisian woman. Thoroughly gourmand, this perfume saw the appearance of its first successor in 2016, to celebrate its 10th anniversary. This is how Luna came to life. Freer and more impetuous, this juice also stands out through its blue coloring and its slightly rock 'n' roll allure. Today, to our great pleasure, it changes style and dons its finest attire, in collaboration with illustrator Ana Strumpf. Focus on the new Luna Collector bottle.

Who is Luna?

Let us begin by making the introductions and revealing the strong-willed character of Luna, Nina Ricci's second heroine. Very feminine, Luna is an echo of Nina, while possessing a freer and more audacious spirit. This perfume encourages all those who wear it to follow their desires, with lightness and sensuality. Luna takes us into a world made of provocation and subtlety. It is undeniably a perfume conceived for all women who are not easily intimidated, yet who do not forget the rules of elegance and propriety.

The new Luna Collector bottle, designed by Ana Strumpf

The real novelty of the Collector edition of Luna lies above all in its bottle. Indeed, its fragrance remains unchanged. Its look, however, is meant to be more dazzling than ever! To create this change, Nina Ricci called on Ana Strumpf, a famous illustrator from across the Atlantic. Born in Sao Paulo, Ana Strumpf studied in the United States. She is thus a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology and of the Parsons School, two prestigious institutions. Then, it was by reimagining the covers of some of the most famous magazines on the planet that the illustrator made a name for herself. Renowned for her colorful and dense universe, Ana Strumpf personalizes absolutely every object that passes through her hands. This is precisely what she offers to do with your new Luna Collector bottle. The latter still has a blue apple shape. Its small black leather cord, however, has disappeared. Thus, its entire cap takes on a golden color, which extends over its walls in a shower of glitter. Undeniably, Luna Collector has an even more festive allure than before. Its cardboard box, meanwhile, contains a whole array of small stickers designed by Ana Strumpf. To personalize your bottle and turn it into a unique piece, simply stick them on as you see fit on your perfume bottle.

The gourmand scent of Luna Collector

The Luna Collector bottle, for its part, conceals a floral and gourmand juice. Its scent is meant to be mysterious, daring to combine an accord of caramel and immortelle, for a highly contrasted result. Luna Collector opens with a captivating and luminous alliance of orange blossom and wild berries. Immortelle grows intoxicated with caramel at its heart. Then, Luna Collector ends with a delicately toasted and honeyed sillage, further rounded out with a sensual vanilla and sandalwood.
