Lucky

The house describes an abundant bouquet of white flowers and fresh foliage, in which sprigs of lily of the valley are hidden. It speaks of a floral and green olfactory silhouette, and places Lucky among its light fragrances.

The colors it gives say the same thing: the white purity of the flowers, the damp green of the lily-of-the-valley accords. Lily of the valley, according to the house, lets itself be discovered with subtlety rather than asserting itself.

Dior has since drawn an Esprit de Parfum from Lucky, in which lily of the valley gains intensity, as well as a liquid soap for the hands and body.

What the label declares

The ingredient list published by Dior names, after alcohol, fragrance and water, hydroxycitronellal and citronellol, two molecules from the lily-of-the-valley palette, and alpha-isomethyl ionone.

Then come two ultraviolet filters, linalool, hexyl cinnamal, limonene and geraniol, BHT and tocopherol as antioxidants, and three colorants, a yellow, a blue and a violet.
