L'Instant pour Homme When Guerlain suspends time Created in 2003, L'Instant by Guerlain paid tribute to those fleeting yet intense moments capable of transforming a life. This first took the form of a concentrate of white flowers intended for women.
The Eau de Toilette L’Instant pour Homme by Guerlain is a great classic of masculine perfumery, born in 2004. Created by perfumer Béatrice Piquet, it is an oriental and woody juice, akin to an olfactory love at first sight. Blending warmth and coolness, L’Instant pour Homme creates a thrill of emotion from its first to its last breath. Thrilling as can be, this fragrance for women is akin to a love at first sight between a man and a woman, an ephemeral moment leaving behind a memory engraved for eternity. As for the bottle, L’Instant pour Homme can boast having had successively two different bottles. Let us look together at the different elements of its visual.
The first bottle of L’Instant pour Homme
Upon its release in 2004, Guerlain decided to present the fragrance L’Instant pour Homme in a container as understated as it was elegant. It was a thick glass block, cut like a massive sculpture, embodying the perfection of the eternal masculine. The rigor of its silhouette was the guarantee of a profound virility. However, L’Instant pour Homme by Guerlain also concealed some more sophisticated details. Need examples? Sculpted grooves stretched beyond the bottle toward infinity, while giving this container a more refined and crafted elegance. Likewise, the surface of its glass was slightly rounded, which gave it a more sensual and pleasant grip. L’Instant pour Homme rested on a thick, massive base, while bearing square, sturdy shoulders. The whole was topped with a dark brown Bakelite cap, a guarantee of profound masculinity, while also echoing its woody sillage. The first bottle of L’Instant pour Homme displayed a perfectly mastered architecture, a testament to all of Guerlain’s expertise. Likewise, in a constant concern for detail, it bore the brand’s logo engraved on top of its cap, a symbol dating from the 1930s.
The current bottle of L’Instant pour Homme by Guerlain
Guerlain has now chosen to completely abandon this first bottle, in favor of a great classic of the brand. Since 2016, L’Instant pour Homme comes in the timeless rectangular spray bottle characteristic of Guerlain’s masculine line. As a reminder, this bottle is used for all the brand’s great classics. For L’Instant pour Homme, it is dressed in a brown label, perfectly matched to its cap. The latter is made of wood, which gives it a very contemporary appearance, while topping a metal band. For added elegance, a raised area is designed to hold its label. Note that its brown color echoes the previous bottle of L’Instant pour Homme. Likewise, it matches perfectly with its amber, luminous color. The bottle of L’Instant pour Homme by Guerlain is available in only one size. It comes in a 100 ml spray bottle.
