The new masculinity of L’Homme Idéal L’Intense
For this release, Guerlain seems to have wanted to accentuate the masculinity and virility of its L’Homme Idéal. Moreover, this is evident from the very sight of its bottle. Its square shape is both robust and luxurious. It rests on a stable and solid base, thus conveying the portrait of a man one can rely on. Its former amber color has, on the other hand, completely disappeared, giving way to a very avant-garde matte black lacquer, dark and mysterious.
L’Homme Idéal L’Intense, the fragrance of a charismatic man
The scent of L’Homme Idéal L’Intense is in perfect harmony with its visual. Created by Thierry Wasser, it is a fragrance meant for all men with a strong temperament. Moreover, L’Homme Idéal L’Intense opens straight away on a scent of chili pepper and cardamom. The hot-cold contrast is striking but softens somewhat on contact with almond. Then, L’Homme Idéal L’Intense is enriched with a romantic, seductive heart based on leather, Bulgarian rose and cistus. Finally, it closes on a smokier, more syrupy sillage of patchouli, sandalwood, tonka bean and vanilla. The seduction is immediate, and it is almost inconceivable not to fall under its spell!
