Perfumery is an art with the gift of taking us on a journey, both in space and in time. Indeed, enveloping sillages lead us to discover other territories, while sometimes evoking memories. This is precisely the blend found in Sisley's Eaux Rêvées. This olfactory collection immerses us in the intimacy of the d'Ornano family, founders of Sisley. It is from this line of perfumes that L'Eau Rêvée d'Alma notably originates.
In 2023, Sisley delighted its clientele by crafting a new assortment of perfumes: the Eaux Rêvées. Composed of six unisex fragrances, this is a line of scents evoking the memories of the d'Ornano family, founders of the house. L'Eau Rêvée d'Alma, for its part, bears the first name of the granddaughter of Isabelle and Hubert d'Ornano. This fragrance is an evocation of the nature so cherished by this lineage of creators. It is an iris between water and ice: a delicate aquatic flower blended with frosted cardamom. But what about its bottle?
A minimalist glass bottle signed Bronislaw Krzysztof
L'Eau Rêvée d'Alma by Sisley comes in a bottle common to the entire collection. It is the work of Polish sculptor Bronislaw Krzysztof. Incidentally, note that this collaboration also recalls the origins of the d'Ornano couple. Indeed, Isabelle and Hubert were both born in Poland. Moreover, the sculptor has already collaborated many times with Sisley to create the caps of several perfumes. Here, he envisioned a cylindrical, transparent and understated container. It simply bears a white label with its name. Devoid of anything superfluous, it is nevertheless topped with a sculptural cap. This element resembles a crystal swirl. It is like a raw block of ice carved from solid form. Note also that, in the utmost respect for the environment, the bottle of L'Eau Rêvée d'Alma is made in France and is recyclable. Because this fragrance draws its inspiration from nature, Sisley logically strives to preserve it, limiting its carbon footprint as much as possible.
L'Eau Rêvée d'Alma, when nature reveals itself in a green ribbon
All the perfumes in Sisley's Eaux Rêvées line are presented in an identical bottle. Only a small fabric tie attached to their neck sets them apart. For L'Eau Rêvée d'Alma, Sisley opted for a green color. Naturally, this choice is not incidental. Since this perfume embodies nature and weekends spent with family in the countryside, this shade stood out as the obvious choice. A symbol of balance, it also embodies nature reborn in spring. Here, green appears as a token of prosperity and freshness.
Cardboard packaging decorated by Elzbieta Radziwill
Finally, like all of Sisley's Eaux Rêvées, L'Eau Rêvée d'Alma is protected by a white cardboard box. This is recyclable. It is made of Canson paper. For the occasion, it was also enhanced by the talented Polish painter Elzbieta Radziwill. The artist added intertwined leaves and branches, in a spirit that remains very peaceful and natural throughout. In terms of sizes, L'Eau Rêvée d'Alma by Sisley is available in two formats. This unisex perfume comes in 50 ml or 100 ml spray bottles.
