Hinoki is a unisex fragrance by Bottega Veneta belonging to the Mezzanotte collection, launched in 2025 and distributed by Kering Beauté. It was introduced during pop-ups at Harrods and at the Dubai Mall before a wider rollout in October 2025. The composition, of the woody olfactory family, is built around hinoki wood, a Japanese conifer with a woody and balsamic profile.
